The nursing report, which was used by CNN’s reporters in an investigation into a fatal shooting of an African American man in Texas, has been widely circulated on social media, and its use has drawn criticism.
The nursing study sheet, which is the standard template for CNN’s coverage, is the report that is typically printed on the network’s website.
However, the nursing report has also been used in other places, including by a Texas sheriff’s department.
The sheriff’s office is under fire for using the nursing study sheets for promotional purposes.
In March, a CNN reporter was arrested on a traffic stop for speeding.
In the arrest report, the reporter described himself as an “independent journalist.”
He said he was trying to document the incident.
The officer gave him a citation for driving on a suspended license.
According to the arrest and arrest report obtained by CNN, the police officer who arrested the reporter was later reprimanded and demoted for “poor judgment” by the sheriff’s agency.
CNN issued a correction on Friday, saying the deputy who issued the citation was also disciplined.
The CNN reporter, John King, was released from jail after posting bond.
King has said he received a phone call from a deputy who said, “Your reporter got busted for speeding on a suspension, so you better not be doing anything anymore.”
The deputy told King he could “get a ticket.”
King has since been arrested again and charged with speeding.
The deputy has since resigned.
King’s attorney, Kevin Hickey, told The Associated Press on Friday that his client was “very unhappy” with the corrections department’s actions and called for an independent investigation.
Hickey said King was arrested because he was “on the phone with the news organization and they were reporting on his arrest.”
CNN said it did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
A spokeswoman for the Texas Department of Public Safety, which oversees the jail where King was held, declined to comment.
