Kobe Bryant says he’s done with surgery on left knee

The Los Angeles Lakers are looking to move forward without their All-Star point guard after he had surgery on his left knee on Tuesday.

The team announced the news on Twitter.

The announcement comes two days after Bryant suffered the injury.

Bryant’s left knee was removed during the second quarter of Wednesday’s win over the Chicago Bulls, and he did not return to the game after the injury occurred.

In a tweet, Lakers coach Luke Walton said Bryant is out indefinitely.

The Lakers are scheduled to play the Miami Heat on Saturday.
